We are officially thirty days away from test day!Don't forget to take advantage of different test prep opportunities coming up:
Here's what you can expect coming up this week:Monday: Today we're going to self-evaluate our tests from Friday over the Modern Era, looking at most missed questions and the topics we still need to cover. We'll also get our Reteach assignments settled so that you can complete them Monday evening. Our retest will be the next day, Tuesday.
Tuesday: Today we're going to start class with our Retest for the Modern Era - make sure your reteach activities are finished! Afterwards, we're going to simulate and discuss the beginnings of World War I.
Wednesday: After covering the causes and major trends of World War I, we're going to focus on the end with the Treaty of Versailles. We'll look at the stipulations of the agreement, as well as its consequences.
Thursday: Today you're going to be working through a some pages, includes readings, document work, and diagrams, about what's called the Interwar Period... you can guess how it gets the name. This will help us better understand the development and effects of things like the Great Depression, and the beginnings of Fascism in Europe.
Friday: In class, we're going to spend time working through a WebQuest on World War II. As this is a conflict many of us know about already, this WebQuest will help us condense our bits and pieces together to grasp the full understanding of its global implications.
**Note: The readings this week are long, that is why we've added some Crash Course videos to cushion it out. Space out as needed, but make sure they are finished before the end of the weekend.** Comments are closed.
