Thanksgiving Break is upon us!Several of you may be travelling for the holiday break next week, and therefore, may be planning ahead for any homework or assignments. This will all be explained in class on Wednesday, but here's a basic rundown:
Here's what is coming up this week:Monday: Today we are peer reviewing our Spread of Buddhism DBQs - we had originally planned to do this Friday, but we readjusted due to Carnival schedules and responsibilities. If we don't finish Peer Reviews, they can be finished at the beginning of the period tomorrow.
Tuesday: Today we are going to (1) Finish Peer Reviews [you only get about fifteen minutes to do so as the bulk of it was done Monday] and (2) begin our discussion and lecture on Europe in the Post-Classical Era.
Wednesday: Class today will be dedicated to sharing about your Thanksgiving Assignments, first, and introducing our Mongol Trial of Ghengis Khan. We want to make sure everyone knows their role/part in the trial before people begin leaving for the holiday break. After this is done, we'll continue our discussion on Europe.
Thursday: We're finishing up Europe today with a short lecture and then an activity over our learning. Bring your computers today, for sure!
Friday: This last day before the Thanksgiving Holiday will be spent as a work day on the Mongol Trial based on your role! Hopefully you'll be able to finish before you leave, and this will make one Thanksgiving Assignment complete!
